Hugh Jackman confirmed COVID-19 after the Tony Awards

Hugh Jackman has COVID-19 for the second time
The actor tested positive for COVID-19.

Hugh Jackman revealed a day after the Tony Awards that he tested positive for COVID-19.

"I wanted you guys to hear it from me first that unfortunately this morning I have frustratingly tested positive for COVID again," he said.

Jackman currently stars as Professor Harold Hill in Meredith Willson's The Music Man on Broadway. Since he will not be able to perform due to illness, Max Clayton will replace him.

The positive tests of other stars who were at the awards have not yet been reported.
