'I want to change': Kaley Cuoco admits she is in therapy to become a 'normal woman'

She's trying to stop being a "superwoman".

Kaley Cuoco said that she is currently undergoing therapy, and in the sessions she learns to forgive herself for past mistakes. The therapist helps her stop being a "superwoman," writes Glamour.

"I want to change, I want to be better. It's always been my first love. I think that's a tough one to overcome. And I admit to that holding me back in a way. I'm talking about that a lot in therapy," she shared.

The Big Bang Theory star added that she wants to be a "normal woman".
