James Argent has lost so much weight that he now looks slimmer than ever. Doctors were concerned about the health of the Towie star and prescribed him a diet to gain weight.
James lost more than 80 kilograms after a gastrectomy in April 2021, writes The Sun. It turned out that he lost more weight than the doctors had planned.
The actor explained that now he needs to gain at least 3 kilograms.
