Naomi Campbell and Christie Turlington helped her come to her senses.

Kate Moss' career seems iconic, she still remains in demand in the modeling business and doesn't go off the covers of glossy magazines. However, it wasn't all that easy when she first appeared in modeling at the age of 17.

Moss confessed that after her first shoot, she had a massive nervous breakdown that left her unable to get out of bed for two weeks.

"I had a nervous breakdown when I was 17 or 18, when I had to go and work with Mark Wahlberg and Herb Ritts. I couldn't get out of bed for two weeks. I thought I was going to die," she admitted in an interview with Closer.

She recuperated with the help of two other models, Naomi Campbell and Christie Turlington, with whom she became lifelong friends.
