A source on Johnny Depp's side says that Kate Moss will appear in court this Wednesday and give her testimony in the defamation case. This will happen because Amber Heard mentioned the conflict between Moss and Depp when she testified.

Amber spoke out about the ladder that Johnny allegedly almost pushed Kate down during an argument when they were dating.

"Whitney's [Amber's sister] back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her. I don't hesitate, I don't wait - I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs," Heard was quoted by People.
