Katie Price will go to trial again, now for DUI and jail evasion

Katie Price's courtroom epic continues. Tomorrow she will be charged with DUI evading jail and a new offense while under the influence of alcohol.

The 43-year-old star was pulled over as she raced to her Mucky mansion in a BMW speeding 60 mph. The trial will take place as early as tomorrow. She had previously driven drunk and failed to tell police that she already had a driving violation.

She was also recently charged with violating a restraining order, The Sun writes.
