'A knighthood would be nice': Robbie Williams wants to become a Sir

Robbie Williams wants to become a Sir
The singer is very ambitious in his plans.

Robbie Williams, on the eve of the release of his new album XXV, confessed that he would be happy to receive the title of "knighthood" from the Queen. The 48-year-old musician has already sampled more than 80 million records and still considers himself an ambitious musician.

"Sir Robbie would be great. But do you have to get an OBE before that? Because I can't be arsed. Well, that's as complimentary as it's ever going to get. That is high praise indeed, so I'll take that," The Sun quotes him as saying.

The title of the album marks the 25th anniversary of his solo career. He left Take That in 1995 and three years later released his first album.
