There is an endless construction site that the billionaire sometimes visits.

Neighbors began complaining about Bill Gates' palatial estate, which he bought for $43 million. The mansion is located on the ocean in San Diego.

The estate is being rebuilt, having destroyed it before that to a state of ruins, writes NYP. Now the head of Microsoft himself controls the repair, but appears there too rarely.

During this time, he managed to become a personal enemy number one for the neighbors. Locals are annoyed by the loud noise that constantly comes from the construction site.

"It’s been a nuisance," "They make a lot of noise, my baby can’t sleep," "It’s become a real hindrance on the whole neighborhood," they say.
