Kevin Spacey appeared in a London for upcoming trial. He was spotted near Westminster Magistrates Court following sexual assault charges.

The troubled celebrity was blamed by 3 men who allegedly became his victims between 2004 and 2015 while the actor had been an artistic director at a local theater. Kevin Spacey was charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of causing a person to engage in penetration without consent, Page Six reported.
