Prince Charles and Prince William take over The Queen as she miss the state opening of parliament

'Mobility problems': The Queen give her place in parliament to Prince Charles
Her Majesty will undertake some private engagements later in the week.

The State Opening of Parliament on Tuesday will be held without The Queen attendance due to Her Majesty’s health issues.

The Prince of Wales will instead go in her place, reading out her speech on her behalf.

Buckingham Palace said in a statement: “The Queen continues to experience episodic mobility problems.

"The Prince of Wales will read The Queen's Speech on Her Majesty’s behalf, with The Duke of Cambridge also in attendance," Hello! reports.
