The members of the royal family hardly spoke to each other.

Prince Harry and Prince William barely spoke at the Queen's Thanksgiving service. They sat on opposite sides in St. Paul's Cathedral and behaved differently.

Harry was in high spirits, he was making fun of other members of the royal family. And Prince William and Kate Middleton sat on the other side and were more restrained.

Harry has hardly seen his father and brother since he emigrated to California with his wife Megan, and they did not communicate too willingly at this event, the Daily Mail reports.
