The singer spoke out against renaming the show.

Ricky Wilson of the Kaiser Chiefs has said he is keen to return to the seat of judge on The Voice. Six years ago he left the TV show, and now he is very sorry about it, writes The Sun.

Kaiser Chiefs frontman clarifies he left because he thought the show would move from BBC to ITV. In addition, Ricky spoke out against the rebranding of the show.

"I don't find The Voice as exciting any more now I am not on it. I just feel like I should be there. I had done it for three years and I had won it twice and I felt like if I did it much longer… you know, as soon as you get popular, then people start criticizing," he said.
