Brody Jenner has begun dating pro surfer Tia Blanco. The couple was photographed together yesterday at a market in Calabasas, California. Sources say Jenner, 38, and Blanco, 25, are serious.

The couple has been enjoying time together, a source says they have been dating since mid-April. According to TMZ, Jenner and Blanco met while vacationing in Hawaii, they surfed together and had an "instant connection."

In addition, the insider added that it's "already a real relationship."
