Chef Mario Batali cleared of sexual harassment charges

The judge found him not guilty on two charges.

Chief Mario Batali was acquitted in Boston on charges of sexual harassment. According to the alleged victim, he forced her to be intimate in a restaurant and also beat her.

In addition, the boss allegedly kissed and groped a woman without her consent. The trial was held without a jury, the judge did not find convincing evidence from the prosecutor's office. The case against Batali was opened in May 2019, and the alleged incident took place in 2017, TMZ informs.

Unfortunately, the case against Mario has hurt his business. He was excluded from the show The Chew, he also lost all his restaurants.
