The Queen Elizabeth II didn’t arrive at Royal Ascot because of her mobility issues. The monarch, 96, missed the first day of the horse racing event.
Prince Charles and Camilla took her place as they led the procession. The Prince of Wales’ nephew Peter Phillips, 73, also rode in the carriage, Daily Mail reported.
